Some of you may know this, but the vast majority probably doesn’t. It was so awesome last time that I’m going back to London. Soon. Twenty-nine days to be exact. “Holy crap!” you’re thinking, “that’s fast!”. I have been planning it for a while. I’ve had my flight booked for over a month now, but just never mentioned it here. It is a bit strange though. I’m only starting to get excited now as well as planning out what I’m going to do and see. Up until now I’ve had this “yeah I’m going back to check it out again” feeling. Like I’m an old hat at it. Treating it like a trip to Summerside, how awful of me! Or maybe that’s a good thing that I have a familiarity with the place. But I’m certainly not as on the ball this time with the killer planning. I had it going on last time.
“But why London again!?” you moan. “Why not London again!” I retort. It’s a very big place and as much as I saw last time, it was just a slice of the Big Smoke pie. So the theme this go around is “More”. See more neighborhoods, see more places, and maybe make some more purchases. I was quite thirfty last time as I wasn’t sure how much I could spend. This time I have a nice stash of cash thanks to a tax return. And come on, if nothing else I simply must to get to Fishcoteque.
I’ll be there from June 2nd to the 18th. It’s a good time to go; weather should be very nice, and lots going on with music, royal events and the world cup. Heaven knows what other neat things will be going down. And I may also litter the Regent Street Apple Store with resumes.
I’ll be dusting off the London blog again for the trip, so be sure to keep an eye on it.
